We are having many external suppliers and the big issue we are trying to resolve that is sending Bugs from SpiraTest to an external Bug tracking system.
Does someone have any experience with this issue? Is it possible to create XML from Bug in SpiraTest and send as a Mail to the external support mail address? Thanks in advance.
SpiraTest does come with a built-in data synchronization system that is designed to do exactly what you are looking for.
We have pre-built plugins for common tools like Jira, TFS, etc.
However you can also build your own plugin for an in-house tool as well, using our SDK:
