I have error: WARNING: Failed to authenticate against LDAP server, please check configuration and try again. Settings have not been saved.

Hi,

I have error WARNING: Failed to authenticate against LDAP server, please check configuration and try again. Settings have not been saved.
I'm sure that settings to LDAP correct and no network problem here. Please advice the way how i will be able to understand the root cause of issue.

Hi Alex

That means that either the SAMPLE USER DN does not match the path for a user in your system or that the SAMPLE USER password is incorrect.

For more help we'd recommend submitting a help desk request with a screenshot of your LDAP configuration screen.

Hi,

we are having the same issue, but not immediately.

After configuration it is working, and some time after it just stops working. Can it be the saem issue?
