Cannot close an incident

Hi,

I have spira and jira sync'ed.  One incident was raised - no issues.

The Jira was then moved project and as such had a different URL.

When this Jira was closed it did not sync back to the original incident

Therefore we see Jira as closed and Spira as open.

Are you aware of this issue, also can I manually amend the incident to closed, as currently shows as in progress and i see no way to change this
