What is Eggplant Digital Automation Intelligence (DAI)?
Eggplant leverages AI to automate the entire testing lifecycle and enables organizations to test their software and applications from the customer viewpoint. Eggplant Digital Automation Intelligence (DAI) is a functional test automation system that now includes a command-line tool to remotely trigger automated tests.
Using SpiraPlan and RemoteLaunch with Eggplant DAI
With this new integration, you can use SpiraTest, SpiraTeam, or SpiraPlan together with RemoteLaunch to schedule and remotely launch Eggplant DAI tests and save the results directly in SpiraPlan. This enables you to extend the management capabilities of SpiraPlan to include automation.
This integration requires: SpiraTest/Team v4.0+, RemoteLaunch, Eggplant DAI v6.2+, and the Eggplant DAI command line tool.
Once fully configured, Eggplant DAI can be launched automatically on a schedule by SpiraPlan. When the Eggplant DAI tests complete, relevant test execution statuses in SpiraPlan are updated based on the results of the Eggplant test: passed, failed, or blocked.
You are now able to run the Eggplant automated tests and have the results recorded within SpiraPlan.
