Adam Sandman Founder and CEO

Adam Sandman

Adam Sandman, who founded Inflectra in 2006, has been a programmer since the age of 10. Today, Adam serves as the company’s CEO. He is responsible for product strategy, technology innovation, and business development. He lives in Washington, D.C., with his family.

Prior to founding Inflectra, Sandman worked as a director for Sapient Government Services, where he was in charge of development with the U.S. Marine Corps. and other government agencies, and was responsible for leading many capture teams and writing whitepapers and position statements to build Sapient’s reputation as a leader in the defense space. He studied physics at Oxford University.

When he is not working, he can often be found giving talks at events such as NDIA Agile in Government Summit, STAR East, Software Testing Professionals Conference, and Swiss Testing Day. He is passionate about economic empowerment by helping to bridge technology opportunity gaps in the developing world.

Thea Maisuradze Chief Marketing Officer

Thea Maisuradze

As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Head of Business Development, Thea is responsible for leading all business development activities at Inflectra, including the creation of company strategic messaging, orchestrating Inflectra’s sales processes, and overseeing all marketing channels and platforms.

Thea holds an M.A. degree in International Development from the Fletcher School, Tufts University, and a B.A. in Philology from Kutaisi State University, Georgia.

Thea has over 18 years of experience in managing programs, budgets, staff, and partner relationships. In addition, Thea works to promote human rights, gender equality, reproductive rights, democratization, and rule of law around the world.

Simon Bor Chief Technology Officer

Simon Bor

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of Products, Simon is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of Inflectra’s suite of products as well as working with the customer support teams to ensure high satisfaction from our users and customers.

Simon holds an M.A. degree from the University of Cambridge, as well as a B.A. in Political, Social and Medical Sciences from the University of Cambridge.

Simon has worked for Inflectra for 7 years, responsible for the high degree of usability and user centered design manifested in Inflectra products. Simon is an avid technologist and has worked with local coding meetup groups to promote careers in the technology industry.

Jessica Moore Director, Global Alliances

Jessica Moore

As Director of Global Alliances, Jessica is responsible for managing and leading the Inflectra global partnership team as well as developing global and regional partner strategies. Jessica is also responsible for nurturing key partner relationships in the Inflectra technology ecosystem.

Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park and a B.A. in Psychology and Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Jessica has worked for 20 years in the fields of public policy and government. In addition, Jessica is an advocate for racial and gender equality as well as reproductive rights. In her spare time, Jessica supports developmental and competitive swimming for youth in the Washington, DC area.

Sriram Rajagopalan, Ph.D Head of Training Services

Sriram Rajagopalan

As Head of Training & Learning Services as well as our Enterprise Agile Evangelist, Sriram designs and orchestrates the training curriculum for Inflectra’s platform along with delivering business process consulting for strategic companies in multiple industries using Inflectra’s products.

In addition, Sriram serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor at Northeastern University designing and delivering courses on Leadership, Project Management, Agile, and Information Technology. Sriram is passionate about his Projecting Leaders Of Tomorrow (PLOT) initiative through which he plans to bring project management and agile principles to youth leadership for children in high schools and to college students in all majors. Sriram also published his book, "Organized Common Sense," to support his PLOT initiative. Sriram holds numerous professional certifications in Project, Program, and Portfolio Management, IT, Risk, Agile, Coaching, Scrum, Disciplined Agile, and SAFe Program Consultancy.

Sriram obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras in India, a Master's (MS) degree in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, Michigan, a business (MBA) degree in Management from Concordia University, Wisconsin, and a doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Organization and Management from Capella University, Minnesota.
