Things To Know About The #TestBowl:
The Software Testing Bowl (#TestBowl) is a national software testing competition in which teams of software testers battle each other for the title of Best Software Testing Team in the United States. In 2018, three teams of testers won the competition and walked away with #awesome prizes.
To make the competition fun yet challenging, we organize a US-wide campaign to find a software or an app that can meet the standards (of complexity and readiness) suitable for our testing superheros. When we find a suitable app, we keep it a secret until the day of.
When you get to the #TestBowl, we pair you up with your team - or you can come with your friends and we will make you a team. During the competition, the contestants work in teams of three for approx. two hours and try to fined and report as many bugs in the software as possible. A summary test report is a plus because teams are judged on both the quality and quantity of their final submissions.
