WHY THIS WEBINAR?
Over time, both lightweight and heavy-weight frameworks have been used and contributed to creating what we call Agile Framework. A major contribution comes from Lean and Kanban approaches that have their epicenter the need to reduce waste and increase flow. The product lifecycle stages themselves - i.e. the idea of development, inception, growth, maturity, and decline, must be aligned with the iterative and incremental approaches of product development and product management. In this webinar, we will review the contributions from Lean and Kanban and will talk about how these approaches can be incorporated into your processes, teams and projects.
In this webinar you will learn the following:
How to establish the value of the lean principles to avoid waste and promote the flow
How lean differs from and integrates with agile approaches
Lean principles and their use in hybrid approaches
Review the type of frameworks that can be used
Please bring your questions, as we will have a Q & A session at the end.
