Inflectra complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks.
These programs were was designed by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Swiss Administration, and European Commission to provide companies
on both sides of the Atlantic with a mechanism to comply with EU/Swiss data protection requirements when transferring personal
data from the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland to the United States in support of transatlantic commerce.
The Privacy Shield Framework provides a set of robust and enforceable protections for the personal data of EU/UK/Swiss individuals.
The Framework provides transparency regarding how participating companies use personal data, strong U.S. government oversight,
and increased cooperation with EU/UK/Swiss data protection authorities (DPAs). The Privacy Shield Framework offers EU/UK/Swiss individuals
access to multiple avenues to address any concerns regarding participants' compliance with the Framework,

Right of individuals to access their personal data
Users of the Inflectra website and Inflectra online services have access to personal information about them that Inflectra holds

the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the individual’s privacy in the case in
question, or where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated.
