Based in Rabat, Morocco, Samy focuses on building long-term relationships with customers and partners across EMEA, connecting them with Inflectra’s ALM, test management, and automation solutions to support complex, regulated, and fast-growing technology environments.
Before joining Inflectra, Samy built a strong commercial and customer-focused background in roles such as Sales Executive at ControlCase, Business Development Executive at Operatix, and Customer Success Manager at Concentrix, along with earlier experience in retail sales. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Université de Bretagne Occidentale, which underpins his communication skills in international settings. Today, Samy represents Inflectra at key industry events such as GITEX and Tezza’s “AI meets QA” Happy Hour in Africa, where he speaks about business development, sales, and leveraging AI to transform the software lifecycle across the region.
