Detailed Biography

Dr. Sriram Rajagopalan serves as the Global Head of Agile Strategy and Training Services at Inflectra, where he leads the design and execution of the company’s training and learning programs for the diverse clients Inflectra serves. He creates hands-on workshops to help development teams improve ALM with SpiraTeam, streamline test management with SpiraTest, and automate testing with Rapise.

In this role, he also champions customer experience transformation, partnering with clients across industries to drive business agility and operational excellence using Inflectra’s suite of test management, ALM, and test automation products. Sriram combines thought leadership with practical consulting expertise, helping strategic organizations implement tailored business process improvements that align with agile principles and emerging technologies.

Sriram is also an Assistant Teaching Professor at Northeastern University, where he develops and teaches courses in Leadership, Project Management, Agile, and Information Technology. He is the founder of the Projecting Leaders of Tomorrow (PLOT) initiative, a mission-driven program aimed at introducing project management and agile fundamentals to youth leaders in high schools and across college disciplines.

An accomplished author, Sriram has published two insightful books:

Besides being an active speaker and scholar-practitioner, Sriram holds numerous industry certifications spanning Project, Program, and Portfolio Management, IT, Risk, Agile Methodologies, Coaching, Scrum, Disciplined Agile, and SAFe Practice Consultancy. He earned his Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Capella University (Minnesota), MBA in Management from Concordia University (Wisconsin), MS in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University (Michigan), and Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras (India).
