There is a major AWS Outage this morning worldwide. This is affecting many applications and services worldwide. At the present time the outage is not affecting Inflectra's core systems, and our website, support site, and cloud instances of SpiraTest, SpiraTeam, SpiraPlan and KronoDesk are all unaffected.
However there is some minor impact where our Inflectra.ai generative AI functionality may not be available for some users temporarily.
From the AWS status board this morning:
At Inflectra we have multiple layers of redundancy for our core systems, and our core cloud platform, while hosted by AWS is not affected by the outage.
However we do rely on Amazon DynamoDB for some of the Inflectra.ai functionality, and that may be temporarily unavailable due to the outage.
We can now confirm that Inflectra.ai operations in US-East-1 should now be back to normal.
