SpiraTeam® is a web based application which is available both hosted in our private, secure cloud and as a download for on-premise installations.

The minimum hardware and software requirements for running SpiraTeam® are listed in the table below. If you have any questions regarding these requirements please contact us.

*Note that SpiraPlan®can be loaded onto either Windows Server or Workstation editions, provided that the IIS web-server is installed and that either SQL Server is available as a database engine. However workstation versions of Windows have major performance limitations and are only really suitable for demonstration/POC purposes.

Enterprise Installation Requirements

For larger, enterprise installations of 100 or more concurrent users, we recommend splitting the database and web server onto different machines (virtual or physical) with the following specifications:
